The client's brief called for the reorder and extension of the existing property to create an airy, contemporary home with plenty of space to entertain and accommodate the family's growing needs. With a large south facing garden, the family also wanted to improve connectivity with the outdoor space.
The remodelling includes a large open plan family entertainment space, complete with large dual aspect full height glazing to bring plenty of natural light and create a better relationship withe the garden and terrace area. A two storey side extension provides an improved arrival experience as well as a new spacious back-of-house area comprising of a boot room, wc, and utility room. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms have been created for the children whilst the master bedroom has been reconfigured to include a ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
